Over the next few months Alyssa and Cole went on several more dates and officially became a couple. Tonight was their high school Prom and she hoped everything would go smoothly. She and her Mother went shopping weeks before to find her a dress for the occasion and she ended up with the perfect dress. Even her mother seemed to approve. After meeting Cole a few times, Kerrigan was okay with her daughter dating him. She learned his Mother died after she had his little sister and his Father had to raise three kids on his own while working two jobs. She could see that Cole was a strong-willed person like his Father and seemed to love her daughter very much. She could see it in Cole's eyes every time he looked at Alyssa. She watched out the window as they got into the Limo she scrapped to rent for this special night and thanked her lucky stars for such a wonderful little gift that came from such a bad situation.
When they arrived at school they had their picture taken and then started dancing. They danced to every slow song and even a few fast ones. Before Prom was over they snuck out of the Gym to take a walk around the Football field. Cole asked her if she wanted to watch the stars and she agreed. He laid down a blanket for them and as they were sitting down he pulled out a piece of paper. After looking it over he then pointed to a particular star and explained that he had it named after her. She was speechless and kissed him a little too quickly, knocking them over. She was a little embarrassed but Cole didn't seem to mind as he helped her back up.
Before they left she looked up at her star and quietly made a wish that this was the man she would spend the rest of her life with. Because she couldn't imagine loving anyone else like she does Cole. He made her feel safe and warm. He made her forget about all her troubles and most importantly he made her feel loved.
Alyssa and Cole are very cute!
ReplyDeleteIn your first chapter, all the pictures have the photobucket message saying the pics don't exist. But the ones in chapter 2 and 3 are fine.
That's strange, yang. I saw all the pictures just fine. Blogger can be so peculiar sometimes! =)
ReplyDeleteGreat start, Jessica! Alyssa and Cole are so sweet. I can't wait to see if things work out between them. I also LOVE Kerrigan's looks. She's beautiful!
Thank you both!
ReplyDeleteYang, that's really going to annoy me. I'll try and reupload them and hopefully that will fix the problem.
Buckley, Can you tell I'm a hopeless romantic? Expect lots of cheesiness in future chapters. Lol.
It's fixed now, and I'm glad I got to see how beautiful Kerrigan is. =D
ReplyDeleteYang, I'm glad that fixed it!
ReplyDeleteFirst of all :) I can't resist but saying, you've picked a gorgeous background for your blog! And I love how the pics are framed as photos!
ReplyDeleteAnd I agree with all the others, you've made a great start!! I love the pictures you take, they are beautifull, and your sims are so gorgeous!
I can't wait to see how Alyssa will continue her life!
Klevkin Thank you so much! Yes when I seen this background I thought it would be perfect because it has that vintage, family heirlooms/antiques look to it which is great for a legacy story. As for the photos I found the frame option on Photobucket and thought it would be neat to make it look like a scrapbook.
ReplyDeleteI tend to make beautiful female Sims (even if they look a bit similar) but my poor male Sims have no masculinity what-so-ever. Maybe they just all have low testosterone or something. Lol.
lol I tend to give them a shade when they look to feminine, but somehow, on yours it looks great :D
